How Does the SpaceX Rocket System Work?

Space exploration technologies corporation, trading as SpaceX, is a private aerospace manufacturing company and aerospace services company based in Hawthorne, CA. It was originally founded by billionaire entrepreneur, Elon Musk, with the primary aim of reducing space travel costs to allow the first humans to go to Mars. He has a goal that is much more ambitious than going to Mars, he has an ultimate goal to send humans to Mars within the next five to ten years. Although, it may seem impossible at this time, he is working towards this goal.

The company was established by the merger of two companies, namely Blue Origin and Rocket Lab. They are both privately owned and have made some very innovative and revolutionary breakthroughs in rocket engines and other space technology. These companies along with a few others, have come up with a unique plan to build a reusable booster for use in their future manned space flight program.

This type of reusable rocket system was first conceptualized by NASA. In the past they had used solid boosters on their launches and they were considered to be inefficient and expensive. By using a combination of solid and liquid fueled rockets, they were able to lower the cost of launches. Another aspect of the system that is revolutionary is that they have developed and tested engines for a reusable launch vehicle. They have already shown that they have the technology and know-how to do this successfully and that the system can be put into action.

A reusable booster system is basically a reusable aircraft. This means that unlike traditional rockets, which have to be built before they can actually be launched, this type of system uses existing vehicles. Once you land the vehicle and take off again, you have a reusable launch vehicle. The idea is that when you make a landing, you not only have a usable launch vehicle, but you also have a good runway and aircraft that you can use over again until you have to purchase another one.

The reusable booster system consists of four main components; the launch vehicle itself, the reusable upper stage, reusable lower stage, and the reusable propulsion system. The reusable stage is actually used as an orbital booster, while the reusable propulsion system is used to push the upper stage into orbit once it is in space. The reusable booster then has a parachute and engine to slow the booster descent and stop it from spinning out of control.

The reusable propulsion system is essentially a set of fuel engines that are used to maneuver the rocket and to the correct position for getting into orbit and to reenter the atmosphere and land on a landing platform. It consists of three main components, the rocket engine, a heat shield, and parachute. All of the components are made of reusable materials and components that can be recycled after each launch. The reusable stage also contains fuel and oxidizer, so that when it lands, it does not need to be restarted and thus it is reusable.

If you look into the history of reusable rockets, you will notice that they are a relatively new concept and a very radical departure from the previous launch vehicle and propulsion systems of the past. They were first developed in the 1990’s, but it was not until the last decade when they became available and affordable for most people.

There is still a lot of research being done to reduce the cost and decrease the time and money needed for space travel, the space shuttle program, however, we now have a better way to go in order to get to the stars, and one that will help mankind achieve a permanent colony on Mars. They are working hard to provide space travel to the public with their unique plans and technologies. They have already created a launch system for smaller, cheaper flights and have shown that they have a viable spaceflight system with a reusable booster and reusable landing stage.
